Abstract
The investigation was conducted in the Al-Hay agricultural land located in Wasit during the winter season of 2022-2023.The study aimed to examine the effects of differing concentrations of nanomagnesium (Mg), nanomanganese (Mn) (0.20, 40, 60, and 80 mg/L, and 0.0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 ppm and 0.20, 40, 60, and 80 mg/L, respectively) on the growth of lemongrass. To achieve this, the following parameters were investigated: leaf area, carotenoids, volatile oil, myrcene, and limonene; in addition to plant height, stem diameter, and leaf area. A single application of the compounds previously mentioned can have an important effect on the growth of lemongrass, particularly when present in high concentrations, as showed. The use of two-way interactions produced an array of results. The experimental design for the treatments is an effectively randomized factorial experiment (5×5×3) involving three replicates. The aim of this study's project is to determine the impact that manganese and magnesium nanoparticles have on the development and productivity of lemongrass.
