Abstract

Polymers are interesting materials and important for daily use in our life. Polymers have significant characterizations and properties that promise to be used in different industrial, medical, drug delivery, food industry, etc. Polymers are easy to synthesize and fabricate and save to use, but they suffer from different problems and weaknesses, such as weak mechanical and electrical properties. Nanotechnology is an interesting technology that could overcome these problems. Nanomaterials are involved in several types of research to improve the characterizations and achieve unique properties and requirements. This investigation focused on some of these nanomaterials’ impact on the physical properties of pure poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) or a mix with other polymers and nanomaterials.
