Evaluation of Inhibition Effect of Different Concentrations of Titanium – Copper Alloy Coating with AgNPs – rGO Nano Sheets using Plus Leaser Deposition on Oral Squamous Carcinoma Cell Line

A modern era of research in material science is a field that uses small quantities as coating or additives in nano-composite bio- application, the nanomaterial is not only small size or in rang nano-scale, but it gives through rapid, inexpensive control structure of matter with numerous shapes and morphologies as these are prominent aspects while determining their properties.Titanium alloys are widely used in physical, chemical, biomedical, and other essential fields due to their outstanding properties. The behavior of Ti alloys depends on microstructural characteristics and the type of alloying elements. This study aimed to investigate the effects of different Cu contents (0, 0.5, 2.5, and 5) wt.% with or without the coating of AgNPs – rGO nanosheets using plus leaser on the oral squamous carcinoma cell line. The morphology and structure properties of titanium – copper alloy study used x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Furthermore, binary phase Ti2Cu occurred with α-Ti by preparation metallurgy method. The Ti-(0, 0.5, 2.5, 5) % Cu alloy coating with AgNPs –rGO Nano Sheet has biocompatible properties and shows promise as a biomaterial compared with Ti-(0, 0.5, 2.5, 5) % Cu without coating.
