In the present work, Cupric oxide nanoparticles were synthesized using coffee powder extracts by the sol-gel method at different calcination temperatures. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy , ultraviolet -visible spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
